This website is operated by Vidura LLC, based in Naples, Florida, USA. You can reach us at contact@vidurallc.com.

If you use the contact form, email us, or call us, we receive the information you choose to share: for the form, your name, email address, your message, and optionally your company and phone number. We use it to respond to you and to discuss staffing needs or future opportunities.

Contact form submissions are delivered to our business mailbox as an email. The website does not keep a database of submissions. This website has no accounts or chat.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in a first message, such as identification numbers, immigration details, or date of birth.

Our website is delivered through a hosting and network provider (Cloudflare). Like most hosting services, the provider and its infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps to deliver the site, keep it secure, and prevent abuse. We do not use this information to identify individual visitors.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or marketing trackers, or marketing cookies. If that changes, we will update this notice first.

Contact form messages are processed by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and delivered by an email delivery provider (Resend) to our mailbox, which is hosted on Google Workspace. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, or where required by law.

We do not collect applications or resumes through this website or its contact form, which is intended for employer enquiries. If we later introduce a way to receive candidate information, we will publish how it is collected, used, stored, and deleted before it is switched on.

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and for ordinary business records, and then delete it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing contact@vidurallc.com.

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
